Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love your pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied you may request a return.

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

• Refunds: Issued once the item has been safely returned. Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

• Damaged items: Please email us with photos of any damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

• Exchanges: As every piece is unique, direct exchanges may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to find a solution.
